特異性: This antibody preparation contains a mixture of purified rat monoclonal antibodies  directed

against mouse GPIba (CD42b). Targeting of this receptor with divalent IgGs results in profound and

irreversible Fc-independent plaet depletion in mice^1,2. Plaet depletion is frequently used to study

the general role of plaets in (patho-) physiology³.

使用(yong)方法: 按動物體重注射抗體，用 量為2 µg抗體/g動物體重，可以參見上圖。如果4 µg抗體/g動(dong)物體重，可(ke)以持續更長時間(jian)。注射后(hou)60分鐘內可以去除血小板95%以上，建議每次注射100-200µL抗體（用無菌PBS稀釋）。詳情聯系靶點科技技術支持。可以聯合清除巨噬細胞（LIPOSOMA，CP-005-005）和中性粒細胞，咨詢綜合解決方案。
